I've spent over 9 years in the corporate world of audit, consulting, and operations, am a PMP- and CSM-certified professional, and I truly love this work. Figuring out what's actually working, what's not, and exactly where things start to break down as a business grows? That's my thing.

I'm a child of entrepreneurs. I watched my parents build a successful business from the ground up while working full-time, and I grew up understanding firsthand what that grind actually costs. That's not just background. It's why this work feels personal, and it's why I get genuinely excited about solving the exact problems most people find overwhelming.

I built Anchoring Solutions & Co. because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people running businesses that were harder to operate than they should be. Not because they didn't know what they were doing, but because everything lived in their head and nowhere else. That's the problem I built this business to solve.

I take pride in rolling up my sleeves, figuring it out, and getting to the moment where my clients can finally exhale. I step in, zoom out, and make sense of the chaos without adding to it. I don't hand people systems they'll never use. I build clarity that actually fits, structure that genuinely supports, and improvements that make the business feel lighter. That's the work I do, and I'm really good at it.
